E-scooters and e-bikes are for riders 18 and over with a passport or national ID. A helmet is included and fitted at the desk at no extra charge, and helmets must be worn by all riders under 18.
The moped class requires a valid category A1 or A driving licence shown at pickup. The booking form shows the licence consent checkbox only when the moped class is selected.
Restricted zones are listed in the map legend, on each city page and on the safety page. Riding them is not permitted at any hour.
