Three classes, one desk

Our Kyiv desk rents three vehicle classes, and the same five-minute check happens at the counter before you ride away.

  • E-scooter. Rider is 18 or over and shows a passport or national ID.
  • E-bike. Same rule: 18+ with a passport or national ID, then a short brake and bell check.
  • Moped. 18+ with a passport or national ID.Licence required

A helmet is included and fitted at the desk at no extra charge. Helmets must be worn by all riders under 18 and are strongly recommended for everyone else.

Compare the three vehicle classes

E-scooters and e-bikes are released to riders of 18 or older against a passport or national ID. The moped adds a licence check on top of that. A helmet is included and fitted at the desk at no extra charge, and all riders under 18 must wear one.

Licence required

The moped class leaves the desk only against an AM or A1 licence, checked in person. Riding without the correct category voids the waiver and puts the deposit at risk.

Held at pickup, on card or in cash, and returned in full when the vehicle comes back undamaged and on time.
Optional damage waiver
Caps your liability at 500 ₴ per incident. Added only when you ask for it at the desk or tick it on the booking form.
Tax note
Rates and waiver fees are final. zenpulsemedia.com is a single tax payer, so VAT is not added at checkout.
Late return
15 minutes of grace. After that the next full hour is charged, and a return more than two hours late rolls into the 24-hour rate. Helmet and eligibility rules.

Licence required

Category A licence for electric mopeds

Electric mopeds are the one class in our fleet that needs a licence. At the desk our staff run the licence check before handover: a valid category A or A1 licence, plus the passport or national ID that matches the name on it. Bring the physical card, since a photo on your phone is not accepted. The check takes about two minutes.
