These Terms govern vehicle rentals from zenpulsemedia.com (LLC).

2. Rental Requirements
Minimum age 21 (23 for certain classes). Valid driver's license and ID required. Age surcharges may apply.
3. Fees, Deposits, Liability
Fees, deposit, and liability terms shown at booking. Refundable deposit required. You are liable for fines, tolls, and damage not covered by insurance. Essential rental terms (price, age, safety) per Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR, Article 5 of Law No. 270/96-VR.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Distance selling of rental services requires pre-contract information, cancellation/refund terms, and order confirmation under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII, Article 13 of Law No. 1023-XII.
5. Consumer Rights
Rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII, Article 19 of Law No. 1023-XII. Complaints: State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
6. Personal Data and Cookies
